In this photo you can see the clock was brought back to its original glory.

The damaged brass bezel was carefully repaired, and a new 24k gilded finish applied. The missing decorative brass pieces were replaced with period Biedermeier brass from old stock we have on hand.
The damaged final was repaired, and the ebonized finished matched.

The pendulum, chains, weight and pulley were all lightly polished to bring the finish consistent with the bezel and decoration.
